My name is Ulrike, and I was born and raised in Berlin.

My journey has led me through many diverse experiences. Originally rooted in social work, I have also realized a gastronomic concept and worked as a florist. Along this path, I’ve come to understand that our life journeys are often unconventional and full of surprises.

The tools I use today and share with others have emerged from my own process of growth. They have guided me from self-doubt and dissatisfaction to a deep awareness and a fulfilling vocation—one that reflects what I am here to do.

I see it as my mission to develop practical solutions that not only nourish but also illuminate the light within each individual. It fills me with gratitude to recognize that my work serves others on their journey toward greater fulfillment and inner peace.
